When sun and weather fail: drying mango, pineapple & banana with control
Rain, humidity and cloud cover wreck open-sun drying — color dulls, moisture drifts, and export lots get rejected. A closed heat-pump dryer puts temperature, humidity and airflow under your control.
Indicative USD · non-binding. Final configuration and quote depend on your crop, batch size and site conditions. No invented ROI% or absolute moisture guarantee on this page.

Closed heat-pump drying: what changes for export processors
Instead of depending on the sky, a closed-loop heat-pump cabinet recirculates dehumidified warm air through the product. You set the recipe; the machine holds it. Energy talk stays qualitative here — exact kWh and payback depend on crop, load, climate and local tariffs.
Weather-independent batches
Drying runs inside a closed cabinet, so rain, wind and overnight humidity no longer interrupt a batch or force re-drying.
Color & moisture held to recipe
Temperature and relative humidity are controlled per stage, supporting consistent color and a repeatable final moisture target batch to batch — without promising a universal absolute moisture figure.
Hygiene-friendly enclosure
Product stays inside a closed chamber with filtered airflow — easier to keep clean and to document than open-yard sun drying. No invented CE marks or customer names on this page.
Mango, pineapple & banana — three drying realities
Each fruit behaves differently in the dryer. These scenes show the fresh-vs-dried contrast and what to plan for.

Color is the export argument
Mango browns fast under heat and sun. Controlled low-temperature stages help hold the golden tone buyers look for, while moisture is driven toward your target SKU band.

High water load, sticky sugars
Pineapple carries a lot of water and sugar. Staged temperature and airflow help avoid case-hardening and uneven, tacky pieces.

Oxidation and texture control
Banana darkens quickly. A closed chamber with controlled humidity helps limit oxidation and gives a more even texture depending on target.

Tell us your wet kg and target moisture
We size the KH range from your batch, not from a generic chart. Send the basics and get a non-binding estimate.
Built for batch work, sized to your throughput
Capacity in wet kg, not promises
KH cabinets are specified by wet-load capacity per batch and by the drying curve of your fruit. Because water load differs by crop and slice thickness, we size from your wet kg and target moisture — not from a fixed tonnage claim.
- Batch sizing from your wet kg input
- Recipe stages set per fruit and cut
- Scalable by adding cabinets (×2 configurations)
Hygiene-friendly by design
A closed chamber keeps product away from dust, insects and weather. Smooth interior surfaces and removable trays make cleaning and batch changeover easier to manage and document.
- Closed, filtered airflow path
- Removable trays for washdown and changeover
- Consistent chamber conditions batch to batch
Pick your scene — we map it to a KH range
Start from what you dry and how much. The recommended KH range is a starting point; full parameters are in the collapsible section below. Recommended capacity is by material — not a contractual guarantee.
KH300
Small-batch / first commercial
Trial runs, sample lots and first multi-SKU commercial batches before scaling.
KH600
Growing processor
Regular weekly batches of one or two fruits, with room to grow into export volumes.
KH1000
Mid-volume export
Consistent container-bound production where batch repeatability matters most.
KH1200
High-throughput line
Larger wet-kg inputs per batch, often paired with pre-processing and packing lines.
KH1500
Industrial scale
The largest single cabinet in the KH range for high wet-kg batches and continuous scheduling.
KH ×2
Dual-cabinet configuration
Two cabinets run in parallel for higher throughput or to dry two fruits at once with separate recipes.
Full KH parameters (secondary)
Exact electrical, chamber and tray specifications depend on the model and destination voltage. The selection table below is a visual reference; confirm final parameters with our team during RFQ.

Common questions
How do I know which KH model fits my batch?
Start from your wet kg per batch and target moisture. The selection cards above give a starting range by scene; the final model depends on your fruit, slice thickness and drying curve. Send the RFQ checklist and we will map it for you.
Are the listed prices final?
No. All figures are indicative USD · non-binding. They exclude freight, duties, installation and site-specific options. Your final quote is issued after we confirm configuration and destination.
Can one dryer handle mango, pineapple and banana?
Often yes — each fruit is run with its own recipe stages and cleaning between changeovers. A dual (×2) configuration lets you run two fruits at once with separate settings if you need that flexibility. We do not promise zero cross-contact without wash discipline.
What about the CDS100KG?
The CDS100KG is inquire-only and is not included in the indicative KH price table. Contact us for a configuration-specific quotation.
Do you guarantee a specific final moisture?
We size and configure the dryer from your wet kg and target moisture, but we do not guarantee an absolute final moisture figure. Actual results depend on fruit variety, ripeness, sugar content, loading density and ambient conditions. We recommend a trial batch to validate your recipe before full-scale production.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Lead time is confirmed with your quote and depends on configuration and destination. We provide a shipping schedule, installation guidance and commissioning support; on-site installation is quoted separately.
What power supply do the dryers need?
Requirements vary by model and configuration. Electrical specifications are confirmed in your final quote so the unit matches your site’s supply.
